Create and save your own contest of Shaolin!

You can have a contest of wing chun, Shaolin or karate or whatever, and you can be the winner some time of the whole thing. A guy on the internet gave me the idea for this purpose; He said he wanted to do a specific form of martial arts 1000 times in 365 days.

Now, make a pattern of shaolin 1000 times within 365 days is a lot, but... it is possible. You could do three times a day for a year, or ten times a day for 100 days, and it was certainly feasible. So, I wrote the scholar and asked him on this subject, and he said that it included many other things.

Its 'competition' included something like run a thousand miles, do the kata a thousand times, 50,000 sit-ups and 50 000 push-ups. He even included read 12 books, and then he added something I do think that it is possible to do so: 10,000 acts of kindness at random. The man, now the thing was a bit steep!

So I started to think about what he had told me. Back in the 1960s Kennedy has everyone in America jazze walk 50 miles in a day. And iron man Marathon began because three guys have to talk about how much swimming, biking and running they could do. So, even with 10,000 acts of kindness at random, the thing was possible.

Now, if you are participating in a kind of school and that you do not have time for a contest of "Shaolin", you can create numbers further down and then do the real thing when was rolls around. Or, if you a hard work, perhaps it is ways to make small segments for the tiny and then make a master blaster on your off days. Or maybe you're lucky and you have all the time available and...Why not go for it?

I mean, that's all you have to lose is your flesh bulging and lazy and less desirable habits! Correcto mundo? So why not go and see if you can better competition?

So I thought that you should include the following things when you hold your competition. Running, forms of kung fu and a complete set of body exercises. Maybe run a few miles, do your kung fu Forms 2, 3, 5 or 10 times (depending on the model how you know) and make different ten body exercises 20 times each.

Intense side, maybe you have the blues in the summer and to lose, run 10 miles, do your kata, 20, 30, 50 times each (depending on how many kata, you know), do 50 reps of 10 types of gymnastics in the body. Man, who would knock the fat out of you, these muscles are lean and mean and give your attitude an edge sharp but nice accomplishment. If you really want to click... get a half-dozen friends and really go for it!

So the contest I had in mind. I think this is a great idea, and it will mean a new you. If you have a competition shaolin, kung fu or taekwondo or otherwise, you are going to have one heck of a breath!
