James Lohr, a 47-year-old white supremacist prison gang member, was arrested on Friday. He is one of two men whose names have surfaced during the investigation into the death of Colorado Department of Corrections Director Tom Clements. Both Lohr and Thomas Guolee were gang associates of suspect Evan Ebel.
